6 Things About Living In Close Quarters🏘

Hellooooooo W🌎RLD!!

Guess what!?πŸ˜† We have been living here in the Youth With a Mission (YWAM) base in Bad Blankenburg, Germany for almost a week now.πŸ“πŸŒ In this blog, I am going to tell you 6 things about living in close quarters (3 good and 3 not so good). While this is a big building, there are 70 of us living here right now, so it’s pretty busy!

πŸ‘ Let’s start with the good news: πŸ‘

  1. Always having friends. You don’t have to go far to find some good people. πŸ‘―
  2. Getting to know people really well cause they’re here all the time. πŸ•°πŸ‘
  3. There are people from 26 countries here. It’s a great way to learn about different customs and cultures. 🌍

πŸ‘Ž Now, here are some not so awesome things about living in close quarters: πŸ‘Ž

  1. You can’t ever get a break from people.πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Your room! Family is there.πŸ‘« The shower! It’s a shared bathroom.🚿🚽
  2. The wifi is shared with 70 other people, so its REALLY slow. πŸ“ΆπŸŒ€
  3. If people are having a conversation, even if there are only 2 people, you can hear it. It’s never quiet!! πŸ’¬

Of course, this is my perspective of how it is after being here for only a week,πŸ“†  so I will probably make an updated version of this in a couple weeks, and then at the end of our stay here.πŸ“‘

Ok that’s all for now, byeeee!!πŸ‘‹πŸ˜„

  1. Wow, what a change in life, huh? However, the good news is that if you can handle this, you’ll be a pro once you go to college and live in the dorms! πŸ™‚ Thanks for the post and keep them coming! xoxo

  2. How do you like Germany Mai Mai?
Who cooks the meals? Is it cafeteria style or everyone shares what they cook?
